On the occasion of 3rd GST Day, on 1st July, 2020, Shri D.P. Nagendra Kumar, Principal Chief Commmissioner of Central Tax, Bengaluru Zone released the new manual on GST Refunds, titled "ALL ABOUT GST REFUNDS".

This is an attempt to collate and put together a compilation on all matters relating to refunds that we hope would be useful to the GST HelpDesks, to taxpayers, tax professionals, and indeed for any person who has an interest in gaining an in-depth look at the matters concerned. Capacity building and enablement at the Help Centres remain a central theme in our focus to bring better taxpayer services and putting this manual/ reference together is our way to record our appreciation for the efforts put in by the taxpayers to generate the revenue needed for the Country’s growth, development and to keep it safe.

DGTS, Bengaluru and CGST Bengaluru Zone have worked jointly to bring out this compilation.
