Appeals II Commissionerate
- Appeals II Commissionerate is the First Appellate Authority for taxpayers belonging to the jurisdictions of Bengaluru North and North West Commissionerates.
- Appeals against Orders issued by the respective Additional/Joint Commissioners are decided by the Commissioner Appeals and the Orders by the Assistant/Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents are decided by the Additional/Joint Commissioner (Appeals).
- The Commissioner (Appeals) also handles the appeals relating legacy (Central Excise & Service Tax) matters of North and North-West Commissionerates.
