Belagavi Appeals Commissionerate
- Belagavi Appeals Commissionerate is the First Appellate Authority for taxpayers belonging to the jurisdictions of Belagavi and Mangaluru Commissionerates.
- Appeals against Orders issued by the respective Additional/Joint Commissioners are decided by the Commissioner Appeals and the Orders by the Assistant/Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents are decided by the Additional/Joint Commissioner (Appeals).
- The Commissioner (Appeals) also handles the appeals relating to legacy (Central Excise & Service Tax) matters of belagavi and Mangalore Commissionerates.
